We need to learn quickly to keep up with the massive change around us so we don't get run over. We need to outrun change.

April oil production in N.D. drops 1.8%

April production is 1,168,636 bopd, down 21,866 barrels a day from March. Each of the seven months before April saw higher production. Doesn’t quite look like the collapse that OPEC was planning to see.
